Production method |
is obtained by chlorination of uracil. Add uracil, phosphorus oxychloride and dimethylaniline to the reaction pot, heat to 130 ℃, reflux for about 45min, cool slightly, put into crushed ice, I .e. precipitate purple solid, filter while hot and insoluble, wash with ice water, dry in vacuum to obtain purple-like crude, decolorize and recrystallize with petroleum ether (boiling range 60-90 ℃) to obtain 2, 4-dichloropyrimidine. |
