Situation of export countries and regions: Pesticides were exported to 180 countries and regions. There were 24 countries with exports exceeding 100 million US dollars, accounting for 79% of the total export quantity and 75% of the total export value. There were 67 countries and regions with exports exceeding 100 million RMB, accounting for 97% of the total export quantity and 96% of the total export value. The largest export destinations were Brazil and the United States, accounting for 27% of the total export quantity and 25% of the total export value.
2021: The export quantity of pesticides (in terms of 100% active ingredient) was 1.53 million tons, with a year - on - year growth of 35.43%.
2022: The export quantity of pesticides (in terms of 100% active ingredient) was 1.596 million tons, with a year - on - year growth of 4.51%.
2023: The export quantity of pesticides (in terms of 100% active ingredient) was 1.56 million tons, with a year - on - year decrease of 2.42%, and the export value decreased by 30.61% year - on - year (in RMB).
2024: The export quantity of pesticides reached a historical high of 2.05 million tons in terms of 100% active ingredient, and the export value was 113.3 billion RMB. The export volume and value of formulated products both exceeded those of technical products, reaching 1.071 million tons and 61.36 billion RMB, respectively.
